Free: every 30 minutes. Starter: 15 minutes. Pro: 5 minutes. Concierge: 2 minutes. Scrape cadence is capped by the source sites' rate limits regardless of plan.

Which cities do you cover?

Free + Starter support one city; Pro covers three; Concierge is unlimited. We currently have full parser coverage for San Francisco. Other metros can be enabled on request for Pro and Concierge plans.

Is auto-outreach safe? Can I turn it off?

Yes to both. Outreach runs under stacked gates — calling window, daily cap, per-listing rate limit, and a kill switch flippable from /settings or the database. On the Pro tier every outbound requires an explicit approval click. Autopilot only unlocks on Concierge, and even then only for score ≥ 70.

How do you handle landlord contact data?

Contact details scraped from public listings are stored only to dedupe outreach and audit what we sent. We do not sell or share landlord data. Each message identifies you as the sender; it does not impersonate anyone.

What happens if we hit a source site's rate limit?

The scraper backs off and logs the throttle event. Your cadence becomes a best-effort ceiling, not a guarantee. Source-site CAPTCHAs bypass our queue via Crawlbase.

Can I cancel anytime? Is there a refund?
